Terms and Conditions

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

For questions about the status of an order or stock availability, please call (770) 720-3782 from 8:30a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (est) Monday through Friday and 10:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday.

 

CLAIMS

Each piece has been carefully inspected and securely packed before it is transferred to a carrier.  we are not responsible for damages or loss occurring in transit.  before accepting any merchandise from a carrier, inspect carefully.  note any loss, shortage or damage (freight or concealed) on the delivery receipt, and immediately notify holly springs furniture with the problem (maximum of 7 days from delivery). damages not noted on delivery receipt may result in your claim being denied if the delivered merchandise is unable to be sold, holly springs furniture will arrange for replacement of the damaged merchandise.  failure to notify holly springs furniture immediately may result in additional freight charges.

 

PRICES

All prices are FOB ball ground, ga. prices do not include shipping cost and are subject to change without notice.  holly springs furniture reserves the right to make modifications without notice.

FREIGHT INFORMATION

No drop shipments allowed.  Freight is to be delivered to a working business that holds normal hours of business.  Holly springs Furniture is not responsible for any additional freight charges that vary from original quote.  such as, call-ahead fees, re-delivery charges, liftgates and residential fees.  Holly Springs Furniture is not responsible for unwrapping, unboxing, or assembly of the furniture.  Under no circumstances is Holly Springs Furniture, Inc. responsible for moving furniture up or down stairs.

 

UPS/DHL

UPS ORDERS SUCH AS CUSHIONS & END TABLES MUST BE PRE-PAID BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.

Volume pricing is available.  please call for details.

 

TERMS

Holly Springs Furniture, Inc., will carry no in-house terms.  if you prefer to have net 30 terms, holly springs will submit your company information to our factor. in the case that your company is denied as factorable, your order must be pre-paid by check or credit card – or may require a certified check.

 

FREIGHT CHARGES

All shipments will be made by the appropriate carrier determined by holly springs furniture, unless otherwise requested.  however, we reserve the right to make changes when necessary.

Special prepaid freight guarantees on shipments of the following:

On orders of $1000 or more:

Distance from ballground, ga as determined using mapquest.com

A.  0-100 miles            5%

B.  101-300 miles         7%

C.  301-400 miles        9%

D.  401-600 miles        11%

E.  601-800 miles         13%

F.  801-1000 miles       15%

G.  1001-1200 miles    17%

  • out of the way places and areas expensive to ship, minimum of 20% - or to be determined by holly springs furniture

Customer is responsible for all freight charges on orders less than $1000 via common carrier. there will be a minimum $45 freight charge on orders less than $1000 delivered by holly springs furniture company truck.

All qualifying orders will be shipped prepaid unless otherwise specified.  under no circumstances will holly springs furniture assume responsibility for any difference or increase in freight charges. freight rates can change at any time. a fuel surcharge may be imposed to offset excessive fuel cost.

CLOSEOUT PRICING

Full freight will be charged on all closeout priced items

PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN UNWRAPPING WICKER FURNITURE! HOLLY SPRINGS FURNITURE WILL NOT REPLACE CUT WICKER

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NO RETURN OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIALLY ORDERED MERCHANDISE. CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED. VENDOR CHARGE BACKS, CREDITS, OR REPAIR ALLOWANCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. RECIEPT OF MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE OF HOLLY SPRINGS FURNITURE POLICES AND PROCEDURES.

WARRANTY ON OUTDOOR WICKER

ALUMINUM FRAME OUTDOOR WICKER HAS A 3 YEAR WARRANTY ON ENTIRE PRODUCT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON CUSHIONS, GLASS OR UMBRELLAS.  HOLLY SPRINGS FURNITURE DOES NOT WARRANTY ABUSED OR IS HANDLED MERCHANDISE.  STEEL FRAMED OUTDOOR WICKER HAS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

 

BACKORDERS

Any items that are backordered will be shipped to the customer when Holly Springs receives the items in stock.  The terms and conditions for freight charges will apply to all backordered items.

HSF will not “hold” an in stock order for over 15 business days.
